West Florida Teen Challenge Boys Ranch is up to the challenge of restoring your troubled boy. They are fully prepared to accept the challenge to mentor and coach you, the parent; to set healthy, functional boundaries in your home. West Florida Teen Challenge Boys Ranch is a military-style program where they begin by replacing the latest fashions with a neat, military dress uniform. Second, they replace the awful music that is filled with messages of futility and death with contemporary Christian music; uplifting style of worship. Soon, your former troubled boy replaces his unhealthy relationships (negative peers) for a new friendship with positive peers who are followers of Christ.

At West Florida Teen Challenge they place the priority on developing a healthy relationship with Christ; a real relationship that is relevant to the times and culture of a teen living in a troubled world. West Florida Boys Ranch presents a twice-weekly chapel service, hallmarked by contemporary worship and extended periods of time for prayer. Throughout the years over 450 boys from all over the nation have benefited from attending West Florida Teen Challenge Boys Ranch. The program is a 15-month-long academic-based program, which emphasizes Christ-centered character development. During their first 7-8 months in the Drill Academy, boys practice the disciplines of a military style regiment. Drill instructors lead them in daily physical training and military drill exercises. Household and farm chores are part of each "cadet's" daily routine.
As students succeed in the program, they are given the opportunity to become part of the traveling rally and drama team. They visit churches, schools, and travel abroad twice annually. Former students have visited Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Guatemala.
