All Girls Boarding schools in California are created for teenagers who wish to live or study away from home. The time spent in a boarding school could be anywhere from one to twelve years, depending on the needs of the parent or child. Teachers and staff at boarding schools work hard to provide a safe environment for students that is also fun and academically challenging.

It is an arduous process finding boarding schools on the internet. So much of the time when you enter Christian Boarding Schools for your city or town into the Search fields on Yahoo or another Search Engine, you do not always find results for schools in that area or even that state (for example Programs for Troubled Teens in California).

There are also boarding schools for troubled teens. These schools are designed to help struggling teens get back on the right track. These particular schools are for teens that are currently displaying negative behaviors such as recreational drug abuse, underage drinking, failing grades, rebelling against authority etc. Boarding schools for troubled teens can last anywhere from 6 months to a year or even more, depending on the particular school and/or your teens behavior.
